2 Course Option (Rescue Already Completed)

This enrolment option is designed for learners who already hold a Water Rescue certificate and only need the remaining two courses to complete the ASI Level 1 SUP Instructor (Enclosed Flat Water) certification.

It provides a streamlined pathway for experienced paddlers or instructors who have already met the rescue competency requirement.

What’s Included

You will complete the two required modules:

SUP Wise Intensiv — ASI guidelines for SUP knowledge, safety, equipment, technique

SUP Instructor Level 1 (Enclosed Flat Water) — Learn to deliver SUP lessons, tours, and rentals at inland flat water locations

These two modules, combined with your existing Water Rescue qualification, complete the Level 1 SUP Instructor pathway.

Rescue Requirement

To enrol in the 2 Course Option, you must already hold a valid rescue certificate.

ASI offers a flat water rescue certification.

The only other accepted Rescue Certificates that ASI accepts are rescue certificates issued by recognised Surf Lifesaving organisations or equivalent. See approved providers…

This ensures instructors meet ASI’s safety and rescue competency requirements for enclosed flat water environments.
