Meet the Team
Constant Wind Seasports has been registered in Singapore since March 2000 and has years of experience offering sailing, windsurfing and stand up paddles activities.
They have proudly held ASI Accredited SUP School status since 2014, making them of the most experienced SUP school operators in Asia.
There is a team of experienced ASI accredited SUP Instructors who also hold first aid and rescue certifications.
Services Overview
The Centre offers group and private stand up paddle lessons, fitness sessions, SUP tours and rentals for beginner to advanced level for kids, adults, parties, school groups, travellers and corporate groups.
Constant Wind also specialise in providing the ASI SUP Wise certificate courses - available for enclosed flat water and exposed waters levels. It’s the ideal way to progress your stand up paddling and gain the skills and knowledge to paddle confidently and with safety.
They offer scenic SUP tours along the coastline where you can see Singapore from a different perspective.
SUP race skills and technical training to improve technique are also offered.
There is an on-site pro-shop offering the public and members alike with an extensive range of sea sports gear from SUP boards and paddles sailing dinghies, sailboards, sails to fashion apparel and accessories.
Top of the range SUP gear is available for sale, rental and used in lessons.
Constant Wind are also an ASI SUP Instructor Training Centre, and are authorised to train ASI Accredited SUP Instructors.
Since 2014, Constant Wind has also host the annual Singapore SUP Race, a highlight of the national paddling calendar and a testament to their commitment to the sport.
They are also a SUP community hub and host a range of social and paddle events, throughout the year.
Locations
Constant Wind operate out of the NSRCC Sea Sports Centre at 11 Changi Coast Walk, Constant Wind is positioned right on the water, allowing you to carry your board straight from the centre into the sea.
They also deliver sessions at nearby inland locations, using sheltered canals ideal for beginners and technique‑focused training.
On the ocean side, you can paddle in calm, protected bays or, if you want to build confidence, venture into slightly choppier conditions.
Paddling at Constant Wind exposes you to both flat‑water environments and real coastal sea conditions, making it an excellent venue for learning how to read inland water conditions, ocean tidal movements and open‑water currents.
The setting is stunning: views stretching across the bay, clear waters, palm trees, and small beaches and coves tucked along the shoreline.
SUP tours depart directly from the centre and follow the coastline all the east coast and other scenic locations, offering a unique way to explore Singapore from the water.
Even though you’re still within the city, the peaceful atmosphere makes you feel far removed from the pace and pressures of urban life.
Facilities
Constant Wind has great facilities all located right on the water. There are changing rooms, showers and storage facilities.
The centre also has a restaurant and a bar, overlooking the ocean. Ideal for relaxing after a paddling session.
The restaurant serves up a wide variety of delicioius Western and Chinese cuisines, at affordable prices.
