Learn how to surf and have surfing lessons at Mollymook Beach Surf School, an ASI accredited surf school, located at Mollymook Beach, approximately 3 hours south of Sydney, NSW Australia.
Mollymook Beach Surf School is owned and run by Geoff Hansen. Geoff is an elite-advanced surfer and has been surfing since a young age. He grew up in the local area and has also travelled the world surfing numerous locations including Indonesia and Hawaii.
Geoff is an accredited surfing instructor, holds surf rescue and senior first aid certificates. He has a background in surf instruction gained from his extensive travels. He is assisted in the surf school with a team of accredited and experienced instructors.
Geoff started the surf school to provide a more specialized and personalized surfing experience.
Mollymook Beach Surf School offers group and private surfing lessons, beginner to advanced level, surfing guide trips, surfing awareness, for kids, adults, parties, school groups and corporates.
“Teaching people how to surf is one of the most rewarding jobs I have ever had,” says Geoff. “Everyone is having fun.
Over the years, Geoff has developed learn to surf tips and techniques that will have you surfing in no time. We cover not only how to stand, but all aspects of surf culture and safety. It doesn't matter what level you are.”
Mollymook Beach also has some great cafes. Leave the kids for lessons and have a coffee. Or have a lesson yourself and join up with new friends to recount your surfing experience.

Geoff also provides surf surfaris for the more experienced or adventurous surfers. Find the best waves in the Shoalhaven area, and see natural attractions including kangaroos and beautiful locations such as Pebbly Beach with its pure white beaches and crystal-clear waters.
