Meet the Team
Wild SUP Tours is owned and operated by Edward Lacey and Oona Tibbetts. They are both experienced paddlers, having been introduced to the sport in 2015.
Ed has BSc in Environmental Science, surfing instructor qualification and previously worked as an environmental tour guide, in the Tralee Bay Wetlands.
Oona has participated in SUP races in USA and Ireland. In 2019, she paddled approx. 550km of the west coast of Ireland from Kinsale co. Cork to Spanish Point Co. Clare in an effort to inspire people to take action against climate change and marine pollution.
They decided to set up the SUP school as they both loved SUP, being outside, nature and exploration and this seemed like a great way to turn that into a career.
