Meet the Team
On Water Training is owned and operated by Adam Henderson. He first tried SUP at the London boat show back in 2012. He was instantly hooked as a way to stay fit and healthy and get him out on the water.
Adam launched the SUP part of his existing training business as there was nothing else like it on the marina. He also wanted to offer SUP to people as an alternative way to see the marina, it’s wildlife, history and as a way of keeping healthy.
Adam is an accomplished waterman. He holds ASI Level 2 (Exposed Water) SUP Instructor qualifications, Water Rescue and first aid certificates. He is also qualified to teach RYA First Aid, RYA power boat, PWC, boat safety and has been a member of the RNLI inshore lifeboat crew.
He is assisted in the SUP school by ASI accredited SUP instructors.
The team are highly experienced, passionate and positive instructors where learning, discovery and fun are integrated. Whether it’s your first time, or you’re a regular paddler, On Water Training SUP will provide the best experience for you.
