Note:  SUP Rescue and SUP Wise Intensiv courses are required in order to gain your ASI SUP instructor qualification.

These courses are delivered over two weekends. 
 

COURSE SCHEDULE 

SUP Wise Intensiv
Friday.  7 April 2023.   9am to 12am (3hrs) 

SUP Water Safety Rescue Award
Friday.  7 April 2023.   1pm to 5pm (4hrs)

Level 1 SUP Instructor (Enclosed Flat Water)
Saturday-Sunday. 8-9 April 2023.   9am to 5pm  (2 days)

The training is held on Lough Lannagh.  It is the 3rd of three lakes connected by a slow moving canal and all leading in to the Suir River which flows right through the heart of Castlebar Town, all ideal for stand up paddling.

There area is steeped in history with an abundance of wildlife.
