SUP Instruction Skills for Flat Waters (IPDJ Credits)

A 1 day course covering the essentials skills for instructing in flat water locations. Learn about techniques and analysis, delivering sessions and student management and safety.

Approved by the IPDJ, you will earn 2 Credits (2 Unidades de Crédito, IPDJ).

This is a participation course only, with no formal assessment. Once you attend the workshop you are eligible to receive the IPDJ approved ASI course certificate.

There is a special discount fee for ASI Instructors.

Remit

The training applies to: inland waterways including rivers, lakes, lagoons, estuaries, canals, enclosed harbours without swell. These are Foundation techniques that can be used in ocean flat waters.

Entry Requirements

Hold a current Treinador De Desporto Surfing Grau 1 or Grau 2
Experienced at stand up paddling in flat water conditions
