About the Lesson

Experience the thrill of foiling in a safe, supportive environment. Olivia’s beginner sessions are designed to help you master the art of flying above the water — and to make learning easier, we’ll use electric foils (e‑foils) as your first step.

• 10:00 – 12:00 (2 hours)
  

• 12:30 – 14:30 (2 hours)

Maximum 3 participants per session for personalized coaching.

Cost & Inclusions

€150 per person

Includes: e‑foil board and gear, helmet, lifejacket, and radio communication.

Location

Sessions will take place at one of the beautiful beaches right in Sagres.
