Meet the Team
Centre for Performance Transformation (CTP) is owned and operated by Yoong Fook Loy, an experienced outdoor educator and performance coach with a strong background in experiential learning and youth development.
The Centre has extensive experience delivering adventure‑based programs and incorporates SUP into CPT’s broader mission of building confidence, resilience, and teamwork through purposeful outdoor activities.
Yoong holds professional qualifications in leadership development, coaching, and experiential learning, along with ASI training credentials for SUP instruction.
In 2020, the Centre was commissioned by the Fathering movement in Singapore to design family-bonding program. Recognising stand up paddling as an accessible and effective platform for personal growth, team bonding, and outdoor education. CTP become an ASI accredited SUP school in 2022.
Yoong’s ongoing involvement in school camps, corporate development programs, and community initiatives ensures CPT delivers structured, safe, and meaningful SUP experiences for all ages.
He is assisted in the SUP school with experienced and accredited ASI SUP instructors holding rescue and first aid qualifications and experienced in outdoor education.

Pasir Ris Park offers toilets, showers, ample parking, nearby cafés, shaded picnic areas, and open recreational spaces—ideal for families, school groups, and corporates wanting to make a full day of their visit. The CTP Centre also has excellent facilities.
Accommodation
CPT offers on‑site dormitory accommodation at their training and camp centre, suitable for school camps, corporate retreats, and youth programs. Located right near the water in Pasir Ris Park.
There are 5 dormitories (air-conditioned with attached bathrooms) that can house up to 54 campers, with a big seminar hall for up to 70 people

Pasir Ris Park covers an area of 70 hectares (170 acres) and boasts various gardens, a 5.0 hectares (12 acres) mangrove area with a boardwalk and is part the Park Connector cycling path that covers 150km around the island of Singapore.
The school is also close to Downtown East, offering dining, shopping, entertainment, and waterpark activities—perfect for extending your SUP session into a full day or weekend adventure.
