Learn how to surf and have surfing lessons with Santai Surf School, an ASI accredited learn to surf school, located Seminyak, Bali, with lessons at Double 6 Beach. 

The Surf school is owned and operated by Gede Adnyana.  

Our aim is to make you feel like family and not a number. 

Our small team of dedicated, fun accredited instructors deliver a more personable & safe teaching experience so please book in advance or come see us as we have limited spaces in each lesson.

The Surf school is owned and operated by Gede Adnyana.  He Balinese, is an advanced level surfer and holds ASI Level 3 Surfing Coach, surf rescue and first aid qualifications. 

He has extensive working for surf schools throughout Bali and knowledge of the local surf breaks. He has provided lessons to thousands of students. 

Gede wanted to offer something different, to share and teach his passion in a unique way.  With help and encouragement from his English wife Henney, they set up Santai Surf in 2012. 

Gede is assisted in the surf school by local Balinese ASI accredited surfing instructors holding surf rescue and first aid qualifications.

Santai Surf School offers group and private surfing lessons, Surf Wise beginner to advanced surfing certificate courses, team building, surfing awareness, surf guiding for kids, adults, parties, school groups, parties and corporate groups. 

Without the fancy brand endorsements or a stylishly furnished office, we focus on the surfing so we can be 50% cheaper than other western branded competitors with the same qualifications, lucky for you!

The Surf school is located right on the beach with beach cafes and restaurants all nearby.

Lessons are held at Double 6 Beach, at Seminyak, which offers ideal conditions for beginners and intermediate level. 

For the more experience, surfing sessions are held at various locations around Bali, depending on the conditions and your ability.
