ASI Appoints Nadine Bubner, ASI SUP Trainer, Hong Kong

Welcome to Nadine Bubner, who joins the ASI International Training team and will be delivering SUP Instructor L1 & L2 and SUP Yoga instructor courses in Hong Kong and south east Asia.
Nadine is an experienced paddler and SUP Yoga instructor. She has been operating a SUP school in Hong Kong since 2013.
She and her business partner, have been instrumental in developing SUP, SUP Yoga, and SUP Fitness in Hong Kong, including providing SUP Yoga retreats, partnering up with Boga Boards and bringing the FITMAT to Hong Kong Kong.
Nadine is also an avid runner and triathlon athlete. With the rigorous exercise from running, cycling and swimming she found yoga a haven for both body and mind.
Originally from Berlin - Germany, she has been practicing yoga since 2005 and teaching Yoga since 2010. She is registered as a Yoga Teacher by the International Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 200) with Yoga Limbs Hong Kong (2010), Prenatal certified with Dr. Jean Byrne - theyogaspace Perth (2011) and is a IRONMAN Certified Coach (2016) and Holistic Health Coach (2015).
She enjoys teaching yoga for stand up paddle and runners, focusing on stretching and releasing tension that tends to develop in the hamstrings and hips and combines it with yin yoga and the insights that come with a slower, deeper, more introspective yoga practice.
Nadine participates in SUP flat water race events and has participated in numerous half Iron distances, 3 full Ironman and many long distance endurance running and cycling races. As a result it made her study and become an IRONMAN Certified Coach in January 2016.
Nadine has been instrumental in developing SUP, SUP Yoga, SUP Fitness in Hong Kong, including providing SUP Yoga retreats, partnering up with Boga Boards and bringing the FITMAT to Hong Kong Kong.
