Free parking is available onsite.
This workshop is a practical session to cover on water SUP skills and paddle stroke, ASI methodology and terminology. You will also have access to an online course manual and videos.
Optional: You may like to read the online manual and view technique videos prior to the workshop (but it is not a workshop requirement).

- UP board or SUP Yoga board & coiled leash
- Paddle
- SUP clothing

Llandysul is an ideal location to complete your ASI training.
It is a small unspoilt market town in the country of Ceredigion and located on the River Teifi, and far from the city hustle and bustle.
The countryside is serene and scenic. The perfect place to relax and meditate and enjoy the local countryside.
Cardigan Bay at the coast is only 20 minutes away and has a spectacular coastline.
Nearby are the Cambrian Mountains, the Brecon Meacons, sandy beaches including Pendine, Pembrokeshire to the south, and a range of quaint seaside and inland villages.
