The following equipment and clothing is required to complete the training:
- SUP board & coiled leash
- Paddle
- SUP clothing
For clothing requirements:
Water temperature in July is usually between 18-25 C, air temperature can be from 12 to 35 C. But please make your own checks on weather a week before courses.
If you are travelling and don’t have your SUP board or SUP gear, you can hire it from ASI School, Go SUP.LT
Note: wetsuits are not available for rent. Please bring your own if you feel you need it.

Trakai is a historic city and lake resort in Lithuania, 28 kilometres (17 miles) west of Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania. Because of its proximity to Vilnius, Trakai is a popular tourist destination.
Trakai is a town built on water and surrounded by the lakes. There are a number of architectural, cultural and historical monuments in Trakai, including the Old Trakai Castle built in approx.. 1337.
The region has over 200 lakes, of which the deepest (46.7 m) is Galvė with its 21 islands. Galvė covers an area of 3.88 km2, Vilkokšnis lake - 3.37 km2, the lake of Skaistis - 2.96 km2. The Trakai Historical National Park and Aukštadvaris Regional Park founded in the territory of the region.
Trakai offers a large range of paddling locations, paddling past historic buildings and in national parks.
