Learn how to surf and have surfing lessons at Learn to Surf , an ASI accredited surf school, located at Noosa, Sunshine Coast, Australia.

 

Learn to Surf is owned and operated by Merrick Davis. He's a two times Australian and World Pro Am Surfing Champion, who travel the world surfing and competed until 1995 on the World Professional Circuit. Merrick is originally from Sydney's northern beaches but has lived most of his life in Noosa.

Merrick started his surf school at Noosa in 1996. He is one of the most established surf schools in the world and has been involved in developing learn to surf techniques and industry operational standards over the years.

Merrick is a qualified surfing instructor holding surf rescue, senior first aid and advanced resuscitation qualifications.

Learn to Surf has a team of experienced and qualified instructors all holding surfing instructor qualifications, senior first aid and advanced resuscitation qualifications all personally trained by Merrick.

 

Learn to Surf offers group and private surfing lessons for beginners - intermediate - advanced level for families, backpackers, travellers, universities, public & private high schools, English language schools, and corporate groups.

Classes are also held in other languages including Spanish, Japanese and French.

There are special kids club lessons.

The school can also organise surf stays including various levels of accommodation for schools, corporates and holiday makers, with accommodation, lessons, food and activities all provided.

Surf lessons are held on the world famous Noosa beaches.  With white sands, crystal clear warm waters and nature all around.

Noosa's famous 5 point breaks offer choice waves for beginner to advanced surfers and when all 5 points are pumping, they manifest into arguably Australia's longest rideable wave.

 

Noosa region has long been considered the Jewel in the crown of seaside holiday resort towns along the East Coast of Australia.
