With lockdown measures being reintroduced in England from 5 Nov 2020, surfers and paddlers will need to abide by the government guidance regarding exercise. In England, you can exercise with your household/bubble or one other not from your household. Exercise is good for mental and physical health. However, as the UK is going into winter, please take extra precautions when going out; due to changing weather conditions, reduced lifeguard service and the extra pressure that may be put on the health service. Don’t put yourself at unnecessary risk.
