Career progression

Start at Level 1 and as your surfing instructor career develops, you can progress to Level 4 Master Surfing Coach.  

This allows ASI instuctors to be recognised for their skill and experience.  e.g. Level 4 Master Surfing Coaches are the elite of the surfing education community – with elite-advanced surfing skill and 10 years surfing instruction experience.
