Learn how to surf and have surfing lessons at Surf Diva Australia, an ASI accredited surf school, located Central Coast, just 1 hour north of Sydney. Surf Diva specialises in surfing weekend retreats for women.
Surf Diva is owned and run by Natalie Jandl. Natalie grew up in Cronulla and has been surfing since she was in high school. Weekends were spent heading south to find the waves. She has surfed the east coast and overseas including Sri Lanka and Bali. Winters were spent in the snow pursuing her other passion, skiing.
Natalie holds a Tour Guiding and Directing qualification and is currently completing a Diploma in Sports Management (Surfing Studies). She was also a fitness instructor for over 10 years specialising in circuit training.
Natalie started Surf Diva in 2000. The idea came to her when she was surfing in Bali with a group of girlfriends. Caught up in the rat race of city living, Natalie had spent little time getting out in the surf. It all seemed just too hard. Being in Bali made her realiise how much she missed surfing with friends and just hanging out.
Surf Diva is about getting a group of girls together for a weekend of surfing, relaxation, good food and fun. Forget about the stresses of city life and enjoy the buzz your get from surfing and hanging out with like minded chicks.
Surfing lessons are provided by qualified instructors, including 8 times world champion, Sandra English.
Surf Diva offers beginner and intermediate surfing lessons for women only groups including mother and daughter weekends. Yoga and relaxing massages are also part of the weekend.
