Surfing lessons are designed to get you feeling comfortable with the surfing experience. If you haven’t had much surfing experience, lessons are held in the swimming pool before you go in the ocean.
To help you learn in a comfortable and safe way, there are only 3 students to 1 instructor in group lessons. You get lots of personalised attention.
Lessons can also be conducted in a choice of English, Japanese, Chinese or Indonesian languages.
Odysseys Surf School surfing instructors are experienced local surfers and regularly compete in surfing competitions. They’ve been surfing for many years, are accredited Level 1 Surfing Instructors with the Academy of Surfing Instructors and hold Surf Lifesaving Bronze Medallion and First Aid qualifications.
Odysseys Surf School offers group and private surfing lessons from beginner to advanced levels, surfing certificate courses, surfing tours and guide trips.
Odysseys Surf School also have lots of experience providing surfing lessons for elementary / high school groups and corporate company groups.
Special classes are held for children aged between 4 and 12 years old.
