Learn how to stand up paddle and have stand up paddle lessons at Manly Stand Up Paddle, an ASI accredited school, located in Sydney.

Manly Stand Up Paddle School operates at Store Beach and Collins Beach in Manly, which are part of the magnificent North Harbour National Park. Here you forget you are located in a capital city as you are surrounded by native trees, white sand beach and blue water.

It is home to an endangered population of Little Penguins, which is the only mainland breeding colony of penguins left anywhere in NSW. They are the smallest penguins in the world only growing to 30 cm tall. The area was also used by the Camariagal aborigines for ceremonies, burials and for gathering medicinal plants.

The beaches are very protected and ideal for stand up paddle boarding. You can see the National Park from a different perspective as you glide gently along. If you are lucky you will catch glimpses of the Little Penguins.

Manly Stand Up Paddle school is powered by Suplove and overseen by head coach Stuart Murray. He has over 30 years waterman experience, holds stand up paddle and surfing instructor qualifications, regularly competes in SUP races with notable successes and is a qualified. Outreach Street worker and Social Educator.

He is assisted in the SUP school by qualified instructors all holding stand up paddle instructor and senior first aid qualifications.

Manly Stand Up Paddle School offers private and group lessons and fitness sessions for children, adults, parties, school groups, family groups corporates and community organisations.

Tours are also organised taking in the different sights and beaches of the National Park. Tours can be customised on the basis of group size, paddler ability, time paddling and areas of interest.
