Melissa started Jervis Bay Stand Up Paddle because of her love for stand up paddle and in response to the interest from others who saw her paddling. Many people were saying to me, “that looks like fun”, where can I try it?

Jervis Bay is world famous for its crystal clear waters, pure white sands and abundance of wildlife. You can glide along so quietly, on a stand up paddle board, and be amongst the wildlife. You can see fish swimming below you, the birds swooping around you and kangeroos lounging lazily on the shore. Its just a wonderful experience seeing nature from a stand up paddle board, says Melissa.

And there are amazing fitness benefits from paddling. You can also get a good all over workout if that’s what you what.

Jervis Bay Stand Up Paddle is a mobile school. Melissa has scouted out the best and safest locations in Jervis Bay and the Shoalhaven region. There are lots of options depending on what you like to see and where you are staying.

Jervis Bay Stand Up Paddle offers group and private lessons and guided tours for families, adults, parties, school groups and corporates.
