Learn how to surf and have surfing lessons at Harpo's Surf School, an ASI accredited surf school, located at Woolgoolga, 586 km north-east of Sydney and 25 km north of Coffs Harbour, NSW Australia. Here you can learn to surf without the crowds in a relaxed and comfortable environment.
Harpo's Surf School is owned and run by Graeme Halsall. Hes been surfing for more than 20 years. He has elite advanced surfing skill and has surfed all types of breaks in Australia and around the world.
Graeme has been coaching for many years. He has coached all ages - from children to adults of 80 years of age and all skill levels from beginner to advanced. Graeme is an accredited surfing instructor, holds surf rescue, advanced resuscitation and senior first aid qualifications and is also involved in the local Woolgoolga Board Riders Club.
Harpo's Surf School offers group and private surfing lessons, beginner and intermediate surfing certificate courses, surfing guide trips, surfing awareness, for kids, adults, parties, girls only, school groups and corporates. Graeme also offers personal coaching lessons for beginners to advanced levels if you are keen to develop your surfing skill.
Group lessons are limited to 4 people per surfing coach offering a more personalised service. Surfing is my passion, says Graeme, and its this passion that comes through in surfing lessons.
Half day surf tour tours are also available where we travel the local breaks of the area to where the surf is best for that day. Only 4 people maximum to a tour and includes morning tea/meals. If you dont have transport, We can pick you up from your accommodation. If you are travelling here, we can help with finding accommodation from camping, budget to luxury. Just give us a call.
