Learn how to stand up paddle and have lessons at Central Coast Stand Up Paddle Boards, an ASI accredited school, located at Terrigal & Wyong just one hour north of Sydney.

Central Coast Stand Up Paddle Boards is owned and run by Will Anido and Darren Borg. Both Will and Darren are experienced elite surfers and have been involved in stand up paddle since the early stages of its popularity in Australia. Between them, they have over 50 years experience in surfing and open ocean paddling. Will is also a big wave tow-in surfer and stand up paddle competitor.

Will and Darren have been professional lifeguards in the local area for the past 20 years and have even trained lifeguards in Samoa and other countries. They are both ASI Level 4 Master Stand Up Paddle Instructors, hold professional lifeguard rescue qualifications, first aid, jetski, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Will and Darren started the school to introduce people to stand up paddle. It’s a great way to get fit as you work every part of your body. It also offers a new way to see the water and wildlife.

Central Coast Stand Up Paddle offers group and private lessons, certificate courses, fitness training camps, team building and tours in Terrigal lagoon for kids, adults, parties, school groups, and corporates. Demo sessions are also available if you are interested in purchasing equipment.

Our specially developed instruction techniques are designed to make paddling easy and fun. You can choose a variety of classes from low stress to improving your paddling skills if you are interested in progressing into the ocean.
