SUP Incorrect Technique: Over Bending / Bouncing Knees

A paddler who is over bending / bouncing knees is using incorrect paddle stroke technique.
Bouncing knees is often used by a paddler instead of hinging from the hips.

Beware as over bending / bouncing knees can cause undue strain on your back with potential back pain or injury. It will also hinder your ability to develop your technique correctly.

Remember to always keep the knees fixed, but slightly bent throughout the paddle stroke.
