Practical experience: provie a letter from an approved surf school or ASI Master Surfing Coach (Level 4) stating you have assisted in delivering at least 25 hours of surfing instruction
Provide a copy of your current certificates for:
• surf rescue or lifesaving medallion or APOLA
• senior first aid
• advanced resuscitation
