Joel Gray coaches a large number of British Junior surfers. He has been National Junior Head Coach 3 times and with the Surf Solutions programme is committed to creating coaching and opportunities for active surfers. Surf Solutions operates out of the high performance centre at Retallack Resort and Spa in North Cornwall, UK with private surf tuition based in Hossegor, France for all levels as well as a number of junior projects in Europe and around the globe. Tyson Greenaway

ASI Level 4 Master Surfing Coach.  ASI Level 4 Trainer.
Tyson has been surfing for 24 years and is a competitive surfer who is currently ranked 3rd in the British Seniors (over 28's) and Masters (over 35's) categories. In 2009 he competed for England in the European Surfing Championships coming third overall in the Seniors category which helped the England Team to a fourth place finish.  Tyson has coached the British Junior Squad in 2003, 2007 and 2008.  More info



Mike Raven

ASI Level 4 Master Surfing Coach.  ASI Level 4 Trainer.
Mike is a former British, English and European surfing champion and is currently sponsored by Etnies as a team rider.    He has been running a development and elite squad of local young talent with Cornwall Council and Sports England.   He coaches all ages and some of the kids in his Elite squad have stepped up and won British titles.   More info
