ASI provides accreditation for surf schools, surf camps, surf retreats and surf trips that provide learn to surf lessons.

Accreditation status provides recognition of high standards of operations and training and allows you to use the ASI logo in your marketing.

To become accredited, in the first instance, you will need to provide evidence that you:
- are a registered business
- hold relevant insurance applicable for your country
- employ accredited surfing instuctors
- use softboards for beginners
- have no more than 8 students to 1 instructor
- agree to abide by the ASI policy and procedures
