Purchase any book or DVD products from our on-line website, and if you are not satisfied, please contact us within 15 days of receipt and organise to return the products. Once we receive the products, we will refund the purchase price less any postage charges for items that are returned to us in good condition. No refund is provided on research reports once reports have been posted to client. Gift vouchers must be used by due date unless other arrangements have been made. No refund is offered once the gift voucher has been issued however gift vouchers are transferable to other people. Other services provided by the Academy of Surfing Instructors have varying refund policies which are provided on enrolment and application information.
